What to expect in a Private Elemental Transformational BreathWork session at our studio

These sessions are typically recommended after at least one Cathartic Transformational Breathwork session has been completed whether in-studio or virtual.

The intensity of this experience is unmatched, as you surrender yourself to the rhythmic dance of your breath. Utilizing the elemental breathwork patterns which include earth, water, air and fire, each inhalation and exhalation, allows layers of self-doubt to melt away. The central nervous system is reset, creating space for new possibilities to emerge. As you come face to face with areas of victimhood in your life, you are free to step into manifestation, channeling and then simply being. Each stage will allow your spiritual journey to continue to unfold. You find yourself feeling lighter, cleaner, and more aligned with your true self. It's as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders and you are free to soar higher than ever before in connection with both yourself and something greater than yourself.

These sessions are also considered a “ceremony” and what we like to refer to as  “active meditation” therefore the studio space is cleansed and considered a sacred space.

You will be asked to remove your shoes upon arrival and a quick ‘sage’ on your person will be conducted prior to you entering the studio. 

Eye masks/blankets/pillows/meditation chair will be provided. You may bring a sweater, wrap and/or water into the studio however, we prefer no mobile devices.

Preparation for the session

  • It is preferred that you keep your diet fairly clean including refraining from alcoholic beverages and recreational drugs within 48 hours prior to and after the session.

  • Please keep in mind that the cleaner you are coming in — the more impactful the session will be.

  • It’s okay to drink a bit of coffee or caffeine prior to the session, just keep it to 16 ounces or less.

  • It is recommended that you eat an hour prior to the session and keep it light. If you feel you will need a snack after the session, please feel free to bring it with you. 

  • Wear comfy clothes such as yoga attire / athleisure wear.

  • Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to get settled, use the facilities, etc.

  • At the start of the session, you will be asked to state your intention. Please take some time to journal, pray and/or meditate on this request.  Basically, ask yourself: Why am I here?

  • Essential oils will be applied  — If you have any allergies, let me know prior.

Timeline of the session

  • Introduction:
    15 minutes

  • Participation in four elemental breathwork patterns:
    30 minutes

  • Participation in Guided Meditation:
    15 minutes

  • Short break

  • We encourage sharing after we’ve taken a short break

  • Have a journal close by to make note of your session experience. If you have a journaling or meditation practice currently, this will most likely enhance it, if not, this is a great time to start!

Please allow 1.5 hours for the entire session although we may finish earlier.

Be prepared to take good care of yourself for at least 48 hours after the session. Eating clean, journaling, meditation, drinking lots of water and avoiding loud environments will assist in integration and allow for any additional emotions to be released if needed.
